System of Care
The
Children, Youth, and Family Services Division provides needed services to those youth in our society
who may be under-served because of age, race, behavior, health, or other
conditions. NET ensures that needed services are inclusive of a full system of
care that is holistic in its prevention and treatment, and allows for movement
between varying levels of restrictive care that includes services to the
youth’s family and community. Ensuring that these needed services are provided
with the highest quality of care and treatment while respecting the rights of
the clients, and their families. Programs are funded by the City of
Philadelphia, Department of Human Services, and the Department of Public
Welfare.
