To provide comprehensive behavioral healthcare services and social services to adults, children and their families utilizing an integrated continuum of care service system that is quality driven and cost effective.

Vision

NET's vision is to develop a fully integrated human services network of inter-related behavioral healthcare and social services encompassing all modalities and levels of care. Providing easy access to the highest quality and most cost-effective services will be the foundation of the network.  This network will seek to integrate direct clinical and social services with indirect collateral services in order to serve more fully the needs of our clients.  Where necessary, NET will establish partnerships with other high quality agencies to provide any service which NET does not directly provide.  By creating such a network and treatment continuum, NET will be positioned to accept and successfully administer a full range of managed care contracts from traditional fee-for-service to full risk, capitated contracts.
